Assalam o alaikum,

By chance I stumbled upon your site. Thank you very much. It helps to read positive things to reinforce ones belief.

Lately my prayers have become very mechanical. I'm praying without any happiness in my heart, unfortunately. Over the years there have been moments in my prayers when I've felt really really happy, content and peaceful. But of late its no more.

Your website has certainly helped me, and inshaallah from this moment onwards I'll start to regain my lost concentration and gain Khushuu inshaallah.

Thanks.

The "hidden disease inside the heart" is, indeed, the "pride".

How can we not be reminded from time to time to take away the evil thoughts, including pride, jealousy, selfishness, hatred, suspicion, anger and the like, from our hearts and pray to Allah for forgiveness.

Thank you for the reminder!

No transliteration. It's not a supplication that one needs to memorize, so we didn't transliterate it.

As for meaning, it's posted now. It was basically explained in the usage.
