Mashallah! I really enjoyed reading your article. As a very new mom, I can definitely confirm that exercise plays a major role in keeping mind and body in shape to handle the demands of baby. Personally, I don’t know how I would have coped without a daily dose of gym and energy boost. We women and muslim mums especially should try to be more active for ourselves and our households. With the reality of Mumhood and the duty of fostering an Islamic lifestyle for our future generation, I had to change my former pattern of sluggish activity and unhealthy eating. With Allah’s help, it defintely pays off.
